This is a great place to get help with your PC at reasonable rates. You will not be talked down to either, even if you are not a computer expert. I like the idea that they are a small business and independently owned, not part of a huge corporation, so my dollars are staying in and helping the local community. Nothing better!

Great expereince. I recommend them highly.
I call them real professionals. I did not need an appointment. They began working on my PC rightaway and figured out what the trouble was with my hard disk error. It was just a bad IDE cable that cost $2.99 and I was out the door in 10 minutes a happy man. Thats the way it is supposed to be and thats how it is at Pcimatrix. They did not even charge me any labor. Other places were asking for much more even for just the diagnostics. Its anybody’s guess where I’ll be shopping from now on for my PC and Laptop needs. They also sell computer peripherals and custom built computers. Their support policy is phenomenal. This is the best computer repair shop in minneapolis saint paul area that can meet anybody’s expectation and have a deal for them.

These guys have a great variety of networking products. Prices are great- cheaper than almost anywhere else. Their server repairs are fast and inexpensive. My company EIT Labs purchases parts from them regularly and they also do a great job on all our PC and Server repairs.

I took my laptop to PCI Matrix for repair after it had fallen and wouldn’t start. Service was fast and labor and recovery charges were very reasonable (and much cheaper than the Geek Squad). Friendly techs and very personalized, individual service. They took time with me to diagnose my computer issues and to recover my data. Very satisfied customer!
